WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or unwanted items.

Refunds will only be issued if:

• The item is faulty.

• You have received the wrong item.

If either of these apply, please reach out to our customer support team hello@tachi.com.au with your order number and clear photos so we organise you an exchange, credit, or refund once approved.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. Click the link to monitor the status of your shipment in real-time. If you have any issues with tracking, our customer support team is here to help.

SHIPPING INFO

We ship via Australia Post with standard and express options. Orders ship out in 1–2 business days. You’ll get a tracking number as soon as it’s on the move.
